2019-2020 After Care Registration
will be held on August 5th at 8am
All applicants must have completed, printed forms prepared prior to the Registration time. Blank copies of forms will NOT be available!
Please have the following ready:
*Student Application Form - including Student ID (unless a Kindergarten student) and at least two emergency contacts
*Discipline Form
*Registration Payment in form of money order or check with student name printed clearly
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to registration!
**This is a first-come, first-serve registration process!**
Please keep in mind, we do rotate through three coordinators to dismiss students. While we try our best to memorize all the moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, siblings, and neighbors that pick up your child, it is always a good idea to have your ID on you. We want to make sure every child goes home safely!!
New parents to After Care! Please park in the carpool loop and come into the lobby by the GYM to sign your child out. Please be prepared to have an ID ready until Ms. Filer and Mrs. Mac get to know you. Also, only persons 18 or over may sign out at child. This is a WCPSS guideline.
*We post the fees to your account. You can log into your account to see what you owe! Please pay exactly what you owe, which can be found on your child's account. (Directions to access your account are listed on our "Forms" tab).
*Please do not send payment into school with your child or to the front office. Payment should be given at the sign-out desk ONLY!
Be sure to keep track of payment dates, as we will no longer be providing reminders! The 2019-2020 payment dates can be found on the forms page as well:

Payments are considered late and incur a $10 fee after 5 days. Non-payment 10 days after payment is due will lead to removal from the program. PLEASE read this document carefully on the forms page.
