Late Policy:
Our program ends at 6:00pm. Late fees are incurred for every 15 minutes late after that.
The guidelines specify 'excessive' lates may result in removal from the program.
Our school policy is 3 lates. Upon the 4th late, you will be given 10 days to find alternate care. Please be mindful of traffic especially during inclement weather! We do understand when several parents are late due to an accident or unforeseen incident, however, it is your responsibility to gauge your traffic time allotment and be here by 6:00pm.
Payments:
Payments are due according to the schedule. We do not send out reminders. You may pay online (see the directions that are found in the 'Forms' section).
-Any amount due from the previous year must be rectified before your child can be accepted into the program.
-Each year the NSF procedure of paying only with a Money Order, Certified Check, or online resets, so you may begin using your personal checks again with the new year.
Behavior:
Our Hilburn students are GREAT! We do not anticipate any behavior concerns. The guidelines specify 'excessive' behavior incidents will result in removal from the program. We will be in contact with you, the parent, if behavior 'incidents' occur!
Snacks:
We do provide a snack each day. Students may bring their own snack and water, also. If your child has a medical plan that states "lunch and snacks will be provided by parent" then we are not allowed to give them a snack.
Technology Use:
We follow the WCPSS guidelines for any type of technology use AND in accordance with the supervising teacher. If your child chooses to abuse the guidelines they are not permitted to use any in After School Care for 1 month. Upon the 2nd infraction it is up to administration to decide the length of time.
