*We post the fees to your account. You can log into your account to see what you owe! (Directions to access your account are listed on our "Forms" tab).
*Please do not send payment into school with your child or to the front office. Payment should be given at the sign-out desk ONLY!
New parents to After Care! Please park in the carpool loop and come into the lobby by the GYM to sign your child out. Please be prepared to have an id ready until Ms. Kennedy and Mrs. Mac get to know you. Also, only persons 18 or over may sign out at child. This is a WCPSS guideline.
As of now, all groups are full and students who wish to register will be added to our 'wait-list'. If you wish to be considered for any of those groups, please download and print the forms to complete and turn into the office. The $15 registration fee per child is not required until your child is accepted. This can be either a check or money order (NO CASH) payable to Hilburn Academy. We will work on a first come-first serve basis as spots become available.
